The 4th Doctoral Colloquium and Summer School of SFERA-III will be held from 11 to 15 September 2023.
These events will be hosted by DLR in Cologne (Germany):
- Doctoral Colloquium (restricted to SFERA-III members): 11-13 September
- Summer School (open to a large audience and organized in hybrid mode): 14 – 15 September. Topic: “Smart CSP: How Smart Tools, Devices, and Software can help improve the Design and Operation of Concentrating Solar Power Technologies”.
The program also includes a technical visit to DLR’s solar facilities in Jülich on Wednesday 13th afternoon.

Agenda
The Doctoral Colloquium and the Summer School will both take place in Cologne at the DLR Köln-Porz site. Participation in the Summer School is additionally possible online.

Registration
Participation in the event is only possible via registration on the DLR website, here. Registration closes on 31 July 2023.
The doctoral colloquium will take place in person. Attendance at the colloquium is restricted to SFERA-III members. If you are a doctoral student and you are not sure if you are allowed to attend, please ask your supervisor. The summer school will take place in a hybrid format and is open to a broader audience. Please note that you need to register regardless if you participate online or in person.
